何で偏るのか？
日本政府=与党=自民党（牛民党）
自民党（牛民党）が予算を組んでいるので偏在します、以前牛に2万円給付する方針が素早く決まったニュースを紹介しました。
自民党（牛民党）が農協等に媚びる為に国の予算を回した露骨な利益誘導です。
アベノマスク2枚郵送するのも郵便局への利益誘導です。
自民党（牛民党）は国民からの評価はどうでも良いのです。
牛の飼育を仕事にしてる人達は国民の何パーセントでしょうか？
他の国民は与党にとっては牛以下なのです。
日本政府の予算蛇口は沢山あります。
その予算蛇口の１つ牛蛇口を今回多めに開けました、国民へ政府予算を流す蛇口はまだ開かないのですが…
これが管理人が度々指摘している、個人の実力、能力、根性、運さえも関係無いと断言している理由です。
与党が変われば国の予算蛇口が開いたり、閉まったりコロコロ変わります。
与党が日本政府の予算に多大な影響力を行使するからですね。
与党が日本政府の予算編成に影響力を持てるのは当然選挙で勝って国民の同意を得た上で皆の税金を好き勝手に配分している訳です。
当たり前ですよね？
選挙システムがあって与党が決まり、その与党が日本政府の予算を好き勝手に配分する。
何が言いたいのか？
国の予算の蛇口が凄く開いてる場所（業界、業種）に行けば、実力以上に儲かりますよね、その逆に国の予算が付か無い業界で働くと悲惨な結果を迎えますよね？
昔、自民党が民主党に選挙で敗れて野党になった時にいきなり、建設業の仕事が激減して建設大不況になりました、公共事業の予算を大幅に民主党がカットして自民党の支持者の多い建設業界に嫌がらせをしてきた訳です。
当時は『コンクリートから人へ』と言うスローガンで公共事業予算を大幅に削減してました。
管理人は当時建設業で働いていたので公共事業が減って仕事が無くなり困り果てました。
ちなみに、公共事業が大幅に減っても社会的には何の影響も無く建設業界の労働者が困ったくらいでした。
そうです、はっきりとバレました必要の無い工事をしていた事が！
国の予算が付いたからそれを消化していただけでした。
需要は全く関係ありませんでした。
労働者個人が優秀だから国の予算が付いたのでしょうか？
労働者個人の努力と根性が評価されて国の予算が付いたのでしょうか？
労働者個人の運が良くて国の予算が付いたのでしょうか？
残念ながら全部違います！
与党の支持母体だから国の予算の蛇口が余分に開いただけです！
ちなみに、人形浄瑠璃を知ってますか？
何か伝統なのでやってるそうですが、人形劇の修行を何十年もしているバカな人が人形の手と足を上手に動かす劇なんですが、令和の時代にそんな人形劇に誰も興味無いし人形劇で大人が感動してたら『あなた何処の田舎者ですか？スマホ持ってる？』と質問したくなりますよね。
人形浄瑠璃に需要が無いのにそれを仕事に出来るのは国の予算が付いているからです。
人形浄瑠璃を見てる人達は無料だから見てるだけで人形劇なんか退屈過ぎて五分も過ぎればスマホをいじりだしますよ。
もちろん、建設業界と人形浄瑠璃業界は予算の規模が違い過ぎますが、国の予算が付くと仕事になるんです。
ちなみに、管理人は人形浄瑠璃業界があるのか全く知りません、黒子組合とかあるのかしら？興味無いんですよね…
話を戻します。
社会システムに個人は勝てません！
国民の半分しか選挙に行かなくても選挙システムは不動です。
個人が選挙反対しても何も変わりません。下手すれば選挙妨害で逮捕されますよ。
つまり、選挙システムには逆らえません、日本政府愛状態ですね！
社会システムに個人が勝る訳がありませんよね？そんな脆い社会システムならとっくに無くなってます。
選挙によって与党が入れ替わり、国の予算の蛇口が開いたり閉まったりして各業界が儲かったり、リストラの嵐が吹いたりするだけの話しです。
もちろん、君達が将来有望な天才ならどこで何をしても成功を納めるのでしょうが、そんな人はこのブログ読まないと仮定しております。
貧乏な若者が対象ですよ。
国の予算配分でその業界が繁栄するかが決まる…
需要は無関係です、そもそもあの存在労働者の政治家や役人には需要は読めません！
働く演技をしてお金を貰ってる人達にそんな難しい事は出来ません！
難しい事が出たらコンサルタントに丸投げするだけですからね。
優秀な人達がマスク2枚を各世帯に配りますか？ギャグかと思ってましたよ管理人は…
国の予算配分の蛇口が開いてる業種は実力以上に儲かるし努力や根性も必要無いし運もいらない！
上記した事は管理人との共通認識で良いですよね！
ならば話しは早い、予算配分の蛇口がいつも余分に開いてる業種で働けば良い訳ですよね！
はい！公務員！
公務員は政権交代しても予算配分減りませんよ！
なんならサボタージュして再度政権交代するのをじっくり待てば良いですよ！
公務員が儲かる発展途上国に日本国はなってる事を認識して公務員になろう！
民間は給料上がりません、リストラされます！
公務員は給料上がります、70歳まで終身雇用です！（将来は定年75歳らしいです）
比較にならないよね！
考える必要無いレベルです、若ければなれる公務員！
公務員になれば確実にバカになりますが、そこは凄く偉そうにする事でカバーしましょう！
