管理人の仕事時間は朝7時出発21時帰宅ですよ。

ついでに辞めてやったぞ！

でもね、生産落ちるんだよね！
前に言った通り自動車は不況なのよ、残業どんどん無くなるらしいよ。
まだ残業あるラインはましかもね…
あれから色々勤務しましたけど最近は便利になって派遣の事務所まで行かないで面接するのよ。
全部の派遣がそうでは無いけどやる気のある派遣会社はアプリの導入に積極的です。
インタビューと言うアプリを使うとスマホのカメラやマイクで面接ができます。
画期的で感動しました。
もうね、全部このアプリで良いです。
いちいち面接にリアルボディーを運んでやる程の面接なんかありません。
雇う方も面接は面倒でしょう。
後は職場がもっと自動化するべきなんだけど設備投資は進んで無いですね。
機械が古い、40年前の機械が現役選手では作業者がしんどいのよ、辞める人続出です。
社員は過酷な所やらないから設備投資しないの？
管理人のポジションの前任者は２日で辞めてるし、その前は２ヶ月で辞めてる。
日雇いでスーパーマン来ないから！
ちなみに管理人は１ヶ月ですよ…
ちなみに今回は北海道でのプレイ（労働）でした。

まじで個人の実力なんか関係無いからね！
後はあっさり東京に逃げ込むしかない。
北海道に残るのは長寿ゲームの立ち回りとして悪手だと断言します！
実際に道民の皆さんと話していると悲惨です。
A君は水泳のインストラクターを５年やっても手取り13万円でした、給料は１円も上がりませんでした、賞与もありませんでした。
B子さんは歯科医の助手でした7年やっても手取り17万円でした、給料は１円も上がりませんでした、賞与もありませんでした。
上記の例は特別悲惨な人を挙げたのではありません。
民間の普通です。
何かの罰を受けているのでしょうか？
上記したA君もB子さんも気が付くのが遅すぎる！
５年間や7年間は時間の無駄過ぎる！
もちろん当人達を非難しません、ただ管理人が勝手に腹を立てているだけです。
アドバイスもらえなかったのは理解しています。

ちなみに管理人がタクシーの運転手から聞いたら生活保護者がすごく多いそうです、たくましいのは生活保護者なのにバイトしてる事です。

たくましいのですが、老人になってから何にお金を使うのでしょうか？

管理人は北海道の構造貧乏を見て来たので生活保護者を責める気持ちに全くなれません。
失礼ですが、A君もB子さんも将来行き詰まり生活保護者になるかもしれません、しかしA君もB子さんも誠実な人柄で道民特有の人懐こさをもっている普通の若者達です。
普通に働いてたら貧乏になる？
