最近思うのですが皆結構簡単に会社辞めますよね？
経済が拡大していかないと会社組織はすぐに上が詰まって出世出来なくなります、この状況になると途端に社員の苦痛が激増します。
ポストが増えるどころか減りますよね。
要するに『詰み』です。
残念です、出世して社内で偉そうにして会社の経費を使い飲みに行ったり、下請け社長にたかって飲みに行ったり出来ません。
今日のローソン社員横領事件
５０代の男性社員が９年間で４億３０００万円を横領していたとして、３０日付で懲戒解雇された。
解雇されたのは５０代の男性社員で、２０１１年から９年間で計４億３０００万円を私的に流用していた。
取引先１人と共謀して業務委託料を水増ししていたということで、社員は「流用した金は２人で山分けした。飲食などに使った」
こーゆーのがやりたいの！
金額は派手な金額でやり過ぎだと思うけど皆さんやっております。
普通にやるからね！発注先の仕事代金に自分が欲しいばれないと思う金額を上乗せさせて請求書を下請けに持ってこさせる、そんで責任者である自分が印鑑を押せばそれでお仕舞いです。
