公務員が天下り先でも美味しい待遇でいるために同程度なのです。天下り公務員だけ特別扱いしにくので仕方なく大企業の社員も待遇を良くしております！見返りは有利なルールとか補助金です。
有利なルールがあれば優秀である必要あるのかな？
