管理人の子供の頃は個人商店ばっかりで最悪でした。
何が最悪かと言いますと店に入ると買うまで店から出してもらえないとか普通にありました、店員が道を露骨に塞ぐのです。
信じられないかもしれませんがそんな程度の低い最悪な接客をして平然と商売してました。
もちろん全ての店ではありません！
やり手の店は集まって商店街を作りました、別に駅前でなくても商店街はありました、安全でマナー良く楽しく買い物が出来る商店街は繁盛しました。
商売には『売ってあげる』と『売りつける』の２種類あると教わりました。
①『売ってあげる』は気に食わない相手の場合は売りませんでした、または高く売ってあげました、売り手が有利だったのです。
需要と供給で言えば供給側の立場が強く需要側の立場が弱かったのです。
理由は簡単であまり機械化や自動化されてませんでした、もちろん工場で作ってましたけどそれは集約化が主で１ヵ所に集めて作ってコストを下げて儲けていただけで機械化や自動化はまだ未整備でした。
なので需要に供給が追い付いてないので『売ってあげる』事が出来ました、商売してる側がある程度客を選べたのです。
②『売りつける』は今も頻繁にありますね、馬鹿や弱い相手を探して高く『売りつける』のです、相手が弱そうな女子供なら通路を塞いで買わせるくらい平気でやります、相手が強そうな若者で数人で来たらやりません、程度の低い接客ですね。
そんな訳で管理人の子供の頃は個人商店の家は胡散臭い人の家庭であまり油断しない方が良いと教わりました。
商売人の子供は目ざとかったのを覚えます、とにかく人を変に格付けしたり、人の持ち物を記憶して隙あらば盗ろうとしてました、もちろん全員ではありません！
しかし当時は10歳でした、小学校四年生からこの調子では先が思いやられます、親の影響でそういう変な子供になったと思いますがあまり付き合いたくないですよね。
話を進めます、信用できる店が集まり商店街ができ１ヵ所で大抵の物がそろう、安全、価格もわかりやすく書いてある、愛想も良い、皆商店街で買い物しました。
ちなみに当時の主婦は本当に大変でした全部自分で最初から調理しました、冷凍食品もろくなものが無いので使えません、個人商店はすぐ閉まるし、要するに無いものは無いので我慢するか自分で作るしかありませんでした、家事に対するサービス業もほとんどありません、家族の健康管理は本当に主婦がやってくれていたのです、管理人も母親に君謝しています。
しばらくするとダイエー、ジャスコ(イオン)等のスーパーマーケットができました当時としては巨大施設です、商店街など目ではありません！商品の種類も商品の品質も値段もキレイにデザインされた店内も当時としては画期的でした。
やがて商店街はシャッター街になりました、ちなみに当時から約20年～30年間経過してもシャッター街で存在できるのは補助金で保護されているからです、保護されると強くなるのです、君達も遠慮なく保護を受けましょう！
しばらくするとコンビニが出来ました、セブンイレブン、ローソン、ファミマ等が２４時間営業、自宅近辺を武器に快進撃をしました。
スーパーマーケットを凌ぐ売り上げを叩き出したのです。
しばらくするとネットショップが出来ました、アマゾンや楽天等が無限の品揃えとスマホのアプリとしてポケットの中で２４時間待機しています、今はこの段階です。
消費者との接点はこれ以上近寄れない所まで来ました、後は脳内に埋め込むのでしょうか？
今後は無人化、自動化競争まっしぐらでしょう、レジの無人化、お金の電子マネー化、商品倉庫の無人化、商品輸送の無人化、これら作業を無くすかワンオペにして１人で１つの店舗の運営が出来るように自動化して儲ける方向で動くでしょう。
人が余るよな！

馬鹿がやる仕事から減るのは当たり前だから大変だよな、組合保護無いからな！

何？商品開発？それはAIが自動で工場に指示を出すから大丈夫！何？家族？それぞれの家族はラブドールで賄うから大丈夫！その頃には人間とかなり近い所まで来てると思います、セックステクニックも人間なんか目じゃない腰の回転数毎秒100回転です！
幸せかそれ？
知りません、しかし方向は効率的で儲かる方向に行くでしょう？この方向を変えれますか？競争に負けますよ？皆で止めなければ意味無いですよね？出来ないですよね！相手が抜け駆けして勝つんなら誰も競争をやめません。
