新入社員がいないならその職場ヤバイかもね！
別にすぐ倒産するとかでなく君が得しないって事さ！
管理人は昔30才の頃会社で１番の若手だったの！
当然こき使われて給料も安いサービス残業も当たり前だしね。
当時は忙しくてよく考える暇が無かった、ブラック企業を辞められない人の置かれた状況がよく理解できるよ。親の紹介で入社したから余計に辞めにくかったんだ、マジで苦しかったよ、嫌な思い出だね。
でも辞めましたよ。気まずかったけどね、後悔は微塵も無い、どうせ辞めるなら早いほうが絶対良い、次見つけてから辞めるのが管理人の場合は無理でした、時間無さすぎで順番を無視して突然言ってやりました、そんな気まずい感じで辞めました。
周りが見えないのよね、当人には、ホントに時間がもったいない、後悔だけが残る人生やだよね！
会社すぐ辞める人を管理人は非難しません、ダメと思ったらすぐ辞めるのが良いと思う。皆も嫌な友人と付き合いますか？嫌な奴とは付き合わない！ストレスで寿命が縮みますよ！
管理人みたいにならないようにね！

まあね、切実だよね管理人も金は欲しいよ。

『給料は我慢代です！』
いうほど貰えるの？給料をさあ！
念のため君達を責めて無いので誤解しないでね。

①募集してない
②募集しても来ない
③入社してすぐ辞めた
理由はこんなところかな？
①募集してない
君達がすでに在籍していて来年から新入社員を募集してないなら上役が多い(係長や課長や部長)ので募集してない可能性が高いと思う、ちなみに管理人がいた会社は部長が１番多かった、平社員は管理人１人だけてした。
もちろん潰れそうだから募集してないかもしれない。
でも潰れるなら会社への忠誠心を皆無くして情報全部漏れるから平社員でも潰れそうなの解るし、なぜだか他社の社員も知っているレベルになる(手形で巻き添えを食わないように他社も倒産情報には敏感)、それなら速攻辞めれば良い。
面倒なのは君達が頑張るから募集してない場合だよ！
この場合社長が現場を見殺しにしていると思う。
社長が将来への投資をしていない証拠だと思う。
君達は頑張っても社内スキルが磨かれるだけで辞めたらまた他社で１から修行になる、だからやめにくい

でもこれ合法なのよ、国家が嘘求人を認めてるのよね。
